At AJ Adhesives, Inc. we always pride ourselves on our service. So much so that we even bought and trademarked Insanely Happy Customers™ (IHC) over 8 years ago. Our specialty at AJ is getting you what you want, FASTER than anyone else can! Last week one of our IHC team members went the extra mile for our team & our customers.

Before the long Labor Day weekend, Jenny, one of our Customer Service Account Managers in St. Louis, was having technical difficulties while working remotely from home. Jenny was having issues receiving phone calls from customers and the office. After attempting some troubleshooting, and knowing her daughter had her car at school that day, Jenny decided to bike to the Headquarters in St. Louis. City bike riding is an adventure in St. Louis, especially by our office. 

Jenny definitely gave us a new meaning to “Essential Worker” as she rode her way down the dangerous busy roads and avoided the buses and the aimlessly wandering pedestrians; she went the extra mile for our customers and her co-workers.

Jenny’s efforts were noticed by her team and her customers. Thank you, Jenny, for showing us what it means to go the extra mile. We truly believe we have the best team out there making our customers Insanely Happy!
