H.B. Fuller Sales Training at AJ Adhesives Headquarters

February 27-28, 2019 – St. Louis, MO

On Feb 27 and 28 at the AJ Adhesives Headquarters, H.B. Fuller held Sales Training and Customer Service Training.  The 2-day training session covered the steps of the sale and how to sell value.

Steve Shelby, Peter Lockey, and Momo Kimura of HB Fuller were the instructors.  Role-playing and deep diving into pre-call planning were the biggest takeaways for the sales team.  Customer Service was trained on the order process, products, and best practices when dealing with customers.
