AJ Adhesives Visits Henkel’s Customer Experience Center

On April 10, 2024, the AJ team of Jim Wiley, Michelle Evans, and Patt Evans of AJ Adhesives, Inc. took a tour of Henkel’s HQ in Bridgewater, NJ. “Getting a first-hand look at the Customer Experience Center was enlightening, definitely unique,” said Jim Wiley.  The Henkel Experience Center is the first of its kind outside of Dusseldorf, Germany, and the company’s only experience center in the world capable of engaging customers across business sectors.  The Center drives joint value creation in an engaging environment.
