HB Fuller Sales Training at AJ Adhesives Headquarters

On Feb 27 and 28 at the AJ Adhesives Headquarters, HB Fuller held Sales Training and Customer Service Training.  The 2 day training session covered the steps of the sale and how to sell value.

Steve Shelby, Peter Lockey, and Momo Kimura of HB Fuller were the instructors.  Role playing and deep diving into pre-call planning was the biggest takeaway for the sales team.  Customer Service were trained on the order process, products,  and best practices when dealing with customers.
